I have worked in healthcare for 17 years in different positions, roles, and with different viewpoints of patient education. Most of my time has been spent as a nurse on Labor & Delivery, and as a Nurse Practitioner in OB/GYN. The most recent chapter of my life has been growing my family with babies of my own. We now have a crew of 4 boys that fill (and empty) my cup, on repeat.
I love working with women, walking with them through the health journey that they are on. I also discovered a passion for answering new Moms + Dads questions as they sort through their nervous list of things to get ready for baby. There isn’t enough time spent with parents in the exam room before they are sent to deliver and take home their new addition.
My joy bloomed in creating modern, thorough, relatable childbirth courses for the families of Charleston and beyond. I hope you feel excited and empowered to bring your little cub into this world. And hey!- stay with us after your baby is born so we can continue the support!
